Furthermore, she has completed the rigorous trainings from RSCI Coaching Institute, accredited by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) , American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), Time Line Therapy Association (TLTA) , Coach Training Provider (COMENSA) , International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Federation of Neuro Linguistics Programming Professionals (NLPC). Her training spanned two years, certifying her as a Master RSCI Life Coach, Time Paradigm Technique Practitioner, Master NLP Practitioner and Coach, Relationship Coach and Master Hypnotist.

As of 2017, Şebnem attended the "The Essence of Reconnective Healing Practitioner Training" program in Milan / Italy; given by Eric Pearl, a doctor, author and chiropractor and became a certified Reconnective Healing Foundational Practitioner.

​Şebnem who has been internationally recognized for her contributions and leadership multiple times throughout her career had left her 28 years of corporate life  and actively started serve as a Consultant and Transformation Coach while she also has been organising seminars with “Programming the Change”, “I am Succeeding”, “Are you ready to Transform”, “Be-Do-Get”, “I succeeded; You can too” themes and attended many radio and television programs as a guest speaker.
